The initial fitting is simple and painless! One of our specialists will discuss what you want to get from your lenses and take some measurements. We keep a wide range of lens types and prescriptions in stock so we can put lenses in there and then to let you start to feel the benefits of the amazing world of contact lenses! We will then teach you how insert and remove the lenses (the part everyone worries about - don't worry, our friendly experts will guide you through it) and the general dos and don'ts of lens wear. You will then take some lenses away to try to see if they are going to work for you. It's important to try them in action whether it's for work, sports or going out socialising so you can be confident they are right for you. We will get you back in to see us after a week or two to check your progress.
