Fantastic service for myself and children. Decided to change opticians this year as my previous optician only do children's appointments on certain days/times, so couldn't all be seen at the same time. At Prince and Bates we were able to book in as a family. Much better choice of frames and advice and explanations given as to why certain glasses suite and others don't. Good range for teenagers too!
